Sheet Number Recognition
When an applicant uploads a new set of drawings, internal users can draw a box over the sheet number section for a given range, and our program will automatically rename the default pdf page number with the corresponding sheet number and create inter page hyperlinks to allow easy navigation of drawing sets.
Compare sheets with overlays
Once sheet numbers are recognized, you can compare different resubmittal versions of a given sheet by overlaying one over the other to see the changes and differences between them. Review comments & applicant responses from the previous submittal version are also shown in the latest submission so reviewers know exactly where to look when reexamining.
Inspection Auto Assign
When an applicant requests for inspection HeliosIPF can automatically assign an inspector based on configurable factors including, availability, inspector assigned area, previously inspected status, and number of inspections per inspector.
Building Code lookup
Reviewers can access ICC's latest building code directly through the web app while reviewing a submittal. HeliosIPF makes it easy for users to easily search for text, navigate via the hyperlinked table of contents, and bookmark frequently visited pages.
